In order to offer you a quality event, the Oktoberfest Ride has a small field limit of 100 riders. We expect the event to sell out, so do not delay in registering.

Oktoberfest Ride Entries include

You must be present to win door prizes and to receive any merchandise or goodies.
All registrants must pick-up their packages and check-in prior to the ride. Parents or guardians for riders under 18 must be present. Package Pick-up will be available:

Conditions of Entry
- All entries are final; no refunds. Entries are not transferable. Please don’t ask.
- The event will be held rain or shine. Normal amounts of rain will not cancel the event.
- However, in the event of Extreme Weather (such as impassable roads, named storms, or Official Weather Warning), other emergency, or situation beyond the organizers’ control, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the or reschedule it to a date of their convenience. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, your entry will be forfeited, and a refund will not be issued.
- Should the event be cancelled for reasons of force majeure, entry fees will not be refunded.
- Helmets are mandatory. Cyclists must wear an ANSI or SNELL approved cycling helmet with the chin strap buckled at all times while riding on the course.
- This is a Ride and Not a Race. The roads are open to vehicular traffic; all rules of the road must be obeyed. Participants are responsible for their own safety
- Obey all laws. All cyclists are personally for knowing and complying with Pennsylvania’s traffic laws. Violators may be ticketed by local law enforcement and/or disqualified and removed from the event. Participants should use restroom facilities along the course(s) and refrain from public urination.
- Ride safely, courteously, and in control. Participants should stay to the right, except when passing. Ride in single file whenever possible.
- Personal support vehicles are prohibited.
- This event is for bicycles only. Participants using Class 1 (Pedal Assist) E-Bikes are permitted to participate in the ride. Use of Class 2 (Throttle Type) and Class 3 (Speed Pedelec) E-Bikes are prohibited from participating in the ride.
- Use of iPods, headphones or personal stereos are prohibited.
- Course closure. The course and finish line of the Oktoberfest Ride closes at 2:00 PM. At that time the ride is officially over, and any cyclists still on the course will no longer receive services.
